We are so thankful for Marisol Borbolla. My husband and I are fans of HGTV’s property show and for years always wondered if this could ever be an option for us one day? My partner and I worked with Jerry Aguero to find an amazing condo in Tulum. It can be a little scary buying a pre-build but Jerry gave us a lot of confidence and made sure we had the chance to meet with the developer. Jerry was fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, scheduled video calls with us to discuss those needs, sent us property listings, responded to all our questions and all the listings I sent him. We did a 4 day villa and condo hunting trip in Tulum and Jerry made each day go smoothly, he even helped us line up accommodations for the trip.We visited 15 properties during that trip and in between viewings, Jerry showed us much of Tulum and his favourite places. Incredibly grateful to him for all of his hard work in helping us to make a decision and bringing in the right legal team to give us peace of mind. Marisol did great job finding me a condo to buy in Playa del Carmen. She drove me around to probably close to a dozen properties to look at and helped me make offers on a couple of them that I was interested in. Then she put me in contact with a local law firm to get everything in order and finalize the deal. **Update: They reached out to me to assist with the issues we are having. Much appreciated. Thank you for your responsiveness. I wish the agent we had been working with would have been as responsive throughout our buying & closing process.Our agent did next to nothing for us. What is the use of having an agent when you end up navigating everything on your own? We weren’t able to be present at the finalization of our purchase. Our agent never went or see our unit then later when we had issues just advised us to “next time not receive the unit” in the that condition & just directed us to speak with the person we were already in communication with. We weren’t here- which she was aware of- & she is our representative as our agent so I am confused?? Now we are dealing with repairs & issues on our vacation when our sale was final 6 months ago. During this time our agent never reached out to us to assist with anything. We also asked for recommendations for a handyman & nothing.

I would highly recommend if you're selling/buying a house in Playa Del Carmen to at the very least have Jenni come and give you her thoughts, she is knowledgeable and has a keen eye for detail. Either situation, Jenni Black is the person you must seek out from the Playa Real Estate Group.Over the very short period of time, the working relationship Jenni created was one of trust, support of our mission and care.She presented numerous condo’s (pre-construction, newly built and resales) and was readily available to answer all our questions. Her knowledge of the area, buildings and developers was excellent in assisting with our decision making process.The search was all performed remotely from our home in the states but using WhatsApp and Zoom meetings it felt like we were there. Jenni genuinely takes care of you. We made a trip to Playa after our sales proposal was accepted. I live in Playa del Carmen and was looking for Condo to live. Nancy helped me to find my dream appartment. I have met some real estate agents but stuck with Nancy because she was professional, reliable, allways on time, and never tried to sell me things i didnt want or need. I got the appartment 2 months ago and everything worked out great so far. Aimee Rojas was very responsive and professional. We were traveling from outside the country and we had already developed great rapport prior to us landing in Mexico (via email and text). We even got a sneak peak at some of the places she was going to show us. Since we weren’t very familiar with the area it was great having a local “guide” who knew the area and we also felt she was looking out for our best interest.
