**Update: They reached out to me to assist with the issues we are having. Much appreciated. Thank you for your responsiveness. I wish the agent we had been working with would have been as responsive throughout our buying & closing process.Our agent did next to nothing for us. What is the use of having an agent when you end up navigating everything on your own? We weren’t able to be present at the finalization of our purchase. Our agent never went or see our unit then later when we had issues just advised us to “next time not receive the unit” in the that condition & just directed us to speak with the person we were already in communication with. We weren’t here- which she was aware of- & she is our representative as our agent so I am confused?? Now we are dealing with repairs & issues on our vacation when our sale was final 6 months ago. During this time our agent never reached out to us to assist with anything. We also asked for recommendations for a handyman & nothing.
